Microservices are the new hype: Instead of large monolithic application we are now trying to handle myriads of small services distributed in the network. But of course there are advantages: Smaller services make Continuous Delivery much easier, according to Conway's Law organization and software architecture become one. In fact a lot of companies have been using these approaches successfully for a very long time. We will look at advantages, challenges and other innovative architectures.
