Traveling To and From Brisbane Airport

Sofitel Brisbane is the official conference and accommodation venue for JAOO 2008.
- Sofitel Brisbane can be accessed by car or on foot from Turbot Street, with pedestrian entrances in Ann Street and Central Station.
- Traveling from Gold Coast (South): Take the Southeast Freeway to City Centre. Take the Turbot Street exit ramp and proceed through three sets of traffic lights (approximately 1 kilometre). The hotel entrance is on the right side of Turbot Street.
- Traveling from Brisbane Airport (East): Follow the city signs to Ann Street. Turn right onto Creek Street. Take an immediate left onto Wickham Terrace. Turn left onto Upper Edward Street and then left onto Turbot Street. The hotel is 50 metres ahead on the right.
- Traveling from Noosa and Sunshine Coast (North): Take the Bruce Highway to Brisbane. Turn right onto Water Street which continues into Upper Edward Street. Turn left onto Turbot Street, the hotel is 50 metres ahead on the right.
- Traveling from West: Take the Western Freeway to Milton Road and take the Coronation Drive exit. Follow Coronation Drive to North Quay. Stay in the left lane and turn left onto Turbot Street. Continue approximately one kilometre to the hotel which will be on the right side.
