Abstract

Abstract
One of the key principles in the Agile Manifesto is to have working software at the end of each and every Sprint. Surveys indicate only about 20% of teams that call themselves Agile actually do this. That is a lot of Bad Agile.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum, CEO of Scrum Inc., and the author of “Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time,” has spent decades developing patterns that can help any team become truly Agile. Just knowing the rules of Scrum isn’t enough. In football there are great teams and there are lousy teams, but they all play by the same rules. The difference is in the patterns of play they use.

Dr. Jeff Sutherland, CEO of Scrum Inc will discuss

Defining what Done means
The common challenges Teams face in delivering working software
How to systematically address those impediments
Real world case studies of successful implementations
