Enterprise software engineering processes simply do not scale to meet the global challenges of the YouTube generation. Use of the architecture and development approaches of the Restful Web and Open Source provide the "proof of concept" for a fundamental re-think of industrial software development. This talk walks through specifics of scaling software engineering using Web approaches in a commercial environment.
