Chris Richardson, Head of Cloud Computing at SpringSource

Chris Richardson heads up cloud development at SpringSource and was previously CEO and Founder of Cloud Foundry, which SpringSource acquired in August 2009. Cloud Foundry is built on the innovative open-source Cloud Tools project and extends SpringSource’s solutions for building, deploying and managing Java applications to take full advantage of the power of elastic cloud computing. Chris founded Cloud Tools in 2007 as an open source project for automating the deployment of Java and Grails applications on Amazon EC2.
