Phil Lopez, Suncorp

Phil Lopez has worked with software vendors, consulting firms, and enterprises on a range of different software systems over the last decade. He even spent some time building organic polymer solar cells in between. Currently, he focuses on distributed software architectures, and developing analysis and design capability within Suncorp. His recent technical focus involves web technologies and Java, but he is also exploring new techniques and their relevance to building extensible enterprise systems. Beyond the technology, Phil explores new ways to deliver and fund IT services within an enterprise environment, with a particular emphasis on congruence with Lean/agile models.
