Mark Jeynes, IBM
Mark Jeynes is a Managing Consultant and IBM-Certified Consulting IT Specialist in IBM’s Software Services organization. Based in Victoria, Australia, his current role is Services Delivery Leader for WebSphere Business Process Management solutions in Asia/Pacific region. Mark's role is to provide leadership to IBM's regional services teams to ensure the success of WebSphere product adoption in the projects of IBM’s customers, business partners and the internal organization. Holding an MSc in Software Engineering at the University of Oxford and now with 25 years in the industry, Mark has spent the last ten years with IBM in a combination of solution implementation and sales support roles. He joined IBM as a software product specialist at IBM Hursley Park Laboratories in the United Kingdom and now performs consulting engagements for IBM's customers worldwide. Throughout this time Mark has specialised in how to apply IBM’s WebSphere platform in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. He is now a regionally recognised technical leader in this field. Mark is a Certified Instructor for WebSphere Education and a regular speaker at IBM conferences worldwide. He also holds IBM product certifications in WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere Business Monitor, WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Interchange Server.
