This talk covers experiences and learnings from two approaches Maersk Line IT has taken to adopting lean & agile development techniques. The first approach covers Maersk Line's application to a large (150+ people) new development. The second approach discussed is a more systematic approach in applying selected techniques to core legacy systems to improve both the cycle time and the value of the output of the development pipeline.
