Pure Software Engineering Process models such as the Unified Process (UP) do not cover new roles such UX Expert and Software Product Manager. Still, these roles prove increasingly important in ensuring the sustainable success of software products. In this talk I provide a short analysis of this situation and then discuss the postgradate education programs (MAS) that HSR (Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil) offers for Software Engineers, UX Experts, and Software Product Managers.
