Biography: Alain Hélaïli
Alain has been working with Java and other web related technologies since 1997 and became one of the first certified engineer on WebSphere Application Server in 1999. He soon got involved in optimizing the performance of many web sites trough Europe and then worked on several ecommerce website implementations for Blue Martini Software. After being a consultant at BEA Systems, he joined dynaTrace/Compuware in 2008 and lead the field technical team in EMEA where he had the opportunity to advice many customers on improving their application performance.
