John Jarosz is a Practice Lead for Experience Design at ThoughtWorks North America, an agile design and engineering firm with a focus on enterprise innovation. He has designed software for use in health, education, retail, finance, and media industries. John holds an M.S. in human-computer interaction, and a B.A. in digital media studies. John speaks regularly and is currently working on a book. He specializes in behavioral research and user-centered design. John is passionate about making products simple.

During this talk, we'll walk through a recent solution product for a retail client specializing in organic food to showcase, explore, and describe how a solution moves between abstract and concrete thinking.
