Hotels & Accommodation

We expect to pre-book hotel rooms in one or more near by hotels, arranging for a special price for conference participants.

Hotel

Eventcom has made preliminary hotel reservations for the GOTO Copenhagen participants. To obtain the stated room prices you must book through Eventcom by filling out and submit this form.

The hotels will be booked on first-come first-serve basis. An invoice will be send directly to the guest.

The organizers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants who have not booked hotel in advance. Please contact Eventcom if you have any questions.

Confirmation of registration and accommodation

A receipt and a confirmation of accommodation booking will be sent once the registration form has been received.

Accommodation changes

Participants who wish to change their accommodation must contact Eventcom email or phone:(+45) 
32 100 999 and not the hotel.
