GOTO Copenhagen provides several opportunities to network with colleagues, peers and speakers. GOTO is known for the speakers to stay throughout the conference, interacting with attendees day and night. This is also their opportunity to meet with you!

Pre-conference Meet-up, Sunday October 4 from 19:00

Meet the exhibitors have a glass of wine or beer and hear about the newest and latest from the exhibitors and get yourself in the mood for the evening keynote by Erik Meijer and later on for the conference dinner.

Conference Dinner, Monday October 5, 19:30-22:30

GOTO invites all participants and speakers to a Conference Dinner in the iconic Cirkusbygningen. We serve nice food, beer and a taste of Wallman's Dinnershows. This is a great change to network with other attendees and speakers.

Furthermore your LEGO® MINDSTORMS® robot will have a chance to test it's sumo skills in our Robotic competition. It's about pushing the rival back! But also expect to handle precision; control the direction. The game will be executed in a set time frame. You will get time to adjust your robot before and in between the battles.

How to enter the game?

  1. Form a team of 2-5 members (NB: Only conference attendees can join the competition)
  2. Build your own intelligent, autonomous robot before the conference (use your own LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Robotic Toolkit or borrow one for free when registering to the competition)
  3. Pitch it against the robots from other teams at the GOTO Conference Dinner, Monday October 5, 19:30-22:30
  4. There will be prizes for the winning team
