Customer Orientation

Host
Vanessa Spock
Track abstract
Customer orientation clearly is built into Agile methods - involving them centrally to the process of development. But, as Fred Brooks said: "The hardest single part of building a software system is deciding precisely what to build". Agile uses customers to help development teams become focused and effective. However, it can miss the customers' point of view: They care about what we do, not how we do it. The talks in this track investigate this issue practically and discuss how we reconcile it.
