This talk will take a look at development productivity measures used in the past, and how technology has matured to allow us to be more insightful in how we steer development organizations through measures. Also, examples are included that show how IBM has worked with clients to introduce productivity measures in an agile context and what this means from the perspectives of e.g. the developer, the project manager, and the development manager.
