Hotels & Accommodation

KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations for the GOTO participants. To obtain the stated room prices you must book through KongresKompagniet by filling out and submit this form.

The hotels will be booked on first-come first-serve basis. Payment directly to hotel upon departure. The organisers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants who have not booked hotel in advance.

Confirmation of registration and accommodation

A receipt and a confirmation of accommodation booking will be sent once the registration form has been received.

Accommodation changes

Participants who wish to change their accommodation must contact KongresKompagniet (email or +45 8629 6960) and not the hotel.

Cancellation of accommodation

Cancellation policy: cancellation of accommodation can be made without penalties no later than three days before arrival. Cancellation of accommodation made after this date is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the room rate for the first night. No-show is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation for the whole period of stay.
