He likes to help teams to raise their level of knowledge and professionalism by hands-on coaching. Advocate of XP practices like TDD, Continuous Integration and all that other good stuff. Besides programming Lars frequently acts as a co-trainer during Scrum/Agile trainings and workshops. Current areas of expertise and interest: Ruby, Scala, Java, Sinatra, Scalatra, 0 downtime deployments, eventsourcing to name a few.
