GOTO Amsterdam (June 13-15, 2016) is a vendor independent international software development conference with more than 60 top speakers and 800 attendees. The conference covers topics such as Microservices, Rugged, JavaScript, Post-Agile, Data, Spring++, Connected Worlds & Philosophy.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall apply on bookings for seminars, workshops, training courses, conferences and other events (hereinafter referred to as events) offered by Trifork GmbH if there are no other event specific terms and conditions.

Registration

Registration may be made by letter, fax, email or online by the participant or the department within the company handling the registration. The registration will become legally binding when confirmed by Trifork. Confirmation can be by letter, fax or email.

Notice by the Attendee

The registration fee is non-refundable.
Once a registration has been made and the confirmation email has been sent out, the price is due and can not be changed or adjusted.

Deviation and Cancellation

Trifork has the right to amend any part of the events if necessary at any time without notice.

In case of force majeure or if there is good cause (e.g. illness of speakers or an insufficient number of participants) Trifork is entitled to cancel the event. In this case, any payments submitted shall be reimbursed in full. Participants shall have no legal claim to the reimbursement of travel and/or accommodation expenses or to compensation for loss of working hours.

Place of Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be CH-8834 Schindellegi.
