Traian Kaiser worked since 12 years for companies like IBM, Yahoo and XING and led many internet projects and programs in B2B and B2C environments. In his current position as Director Project Management he introduced project management at XING and was jointly responsible in implementig Scrum and Kanban as main development frameworks at XING. Beside he is leading the program and portfolio management activities from a project management point of view. He has a master in business administration and he is certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
