We want to keep our users engaged with our products as long as possible. The onboarding process – getting new users to sign up and get started – is an really important but often overlooked aspect of the customer journey.

In this talk, Rick will dive deep into a framework he built to set your users up for success, based on a study of 30 different popular products. Given the recent development which is called a "product developer", I'll show you how you as a developer can contribute by applying this framework.
