For the past 5 years we have seen a massive rise in the number of organizations, teams and individuals adopting Lean principles to increase value delivery in IT. From the rise of Software Kanban and the Lean Startup movement to Scrum teams getting a deeper understanding of the principles and practices they use to deliver value at the end of each sprint.

In this track we share stories about how Lean principles have shaped teams and organizations. Helping you to understand that Lean principles are not high level process fluff but, when applied correctly, result in real changes and drastically transform workflows and your perception of value delivery.
