Track abstract

With agile is becoming a leading mindset in advanced companies, we want to look ahead. We try to understand what current trends beyond and bordering agile. The track will look into topics of change, integrative approaches like DevOps and LeanUX which are trying to overcome silos, early signalling as an extension of statistical forecasting to the early stages, Innovation management w/ e.g. the concept of a dual mode organisation as well as finally a holistic approach to the lean Enterprise.
