Game changing methods and practices

Track abstract

This track will focus on specific methods and practices you can take home and experiment with right away. Basically meaning that you will be listening to less abstract general principles and more specific practices that have proven to create game changing differences for teams, products and projects. Among the many candidates we have selected those methods, practices or tools that we think have shown the biggest potential in changing not only the short-term focus but also the mindset behind how we do things. Definitely an ambitious goal for a one day conference track, but a realistic one and you can be sure to leave with not only new ideas but also something you can actually try out right away.
