Agile is mainstream nowadays, but many companies have only recently taken their first steps. They gain significant improvements by working together more collaboratively. But Agile is not meant as a one-time switch to another way of collaborating. Now comes the time for a next step: focus on iterating on the business goals that need to be achieved. Is software delivered more rapidly and more frequently? Great! This means that we can learn continuously by measuring the outcomes of these deliveries. Based on this we have a much better picture on what the next deliveries should be. But who is doing this? And how?
